Would be much better if it was consistent. I order from this place often because the pizza is good when made right. one time they put ketchup all over my fries when I didn’t ask for it, another time they forgot one of my items and another time the food was cold. They also discontinued their fancy fries which they should of never done because they were the best truffle fries I ever had.

I’m surprised there are so many good reviews. I got pizza with a friend yesterday and I understand slices are made in the morning and once they run out pies are remade, but I’ve never had a slice of pizza that actually tasted like it was old. Unfortunately that was my experience yesterday. The below photo is after it was re-heated and eaten at the restaurant. The quality was poor - fine, but my slice was $4.59 (margherita) and my friend’s was about $6.50 (buffalo chicken) - so so expensive for such poor quality pizza. Do not recommend.

There is much better pizza in the city than this place. If you enjoy good food, go anywhere else. That big hole in the middle of the pizza is just an intentional lack of cheese. Plus the Randazzo’s counter staff gives a new meaning to the word ignorance.

The pizza was good like a 7 out of 10. but The Mozzarella cheese fries were amazing. The service was excellent also.

Ordered delivery. Took over an hour and a half to deliver less than a mile. Order arrived cold. Now, I will own that I ordered late. Okay, sorry, I'm an a##hole for that. I can forgive that people want to close and get home. What I can't get around, is that I ordered the garlic knots. What I got was whatever stale spare bread was laying around, cut up and crammed into a box with a couple garlic knots on top so I wouldn't notice. Again, I can handle if you're sold out. I can handle "we're closing" I don't handle being deceived. "Disappointment" doesn't quite encompass the experience

The appearance of the pizza wasn’t the best but overall it was yummy. The pizza had a good balance of cheese and crust, and wasn’t floppy. It wasn’t super greasy like some pies are made. All in all, not the best slice but definitely not a bad pizza by any means!

Save your money Unless you want soggy fries that look like they were just taken out of the freezer and thin, soggy pizza that doesn't even taste good- don't buy food from here. The only reason this place gets one star is because the girl at the register was nice
